For anything that must not be published: an App Store receipt or purchase question, a request to delete something already posted, or a privacy question. This does not go to the tracker and is never made public.
Use the public form for bug reports. They get answered faster there, other people with the same problem find the answer, and the fix is visible. This page is only for things that cannot be public.
Never send a payment card number or bank details. Nothing about Bake'n Deck is ever paid for directly, and refunds for the Mac app go through
reportaproblem.apple.com, never through us. The form refuses them.

The reply will go to . There is no confirmation email, so if that address is wrong it is the one thing that cannot be recovered: send again with the right one.
